Welcome to Sri Virinchi Vanaprastha Asramam, a ‘Home-away-from-the-home’ for the Aged. In the Asramam we aspire to create a warm and healthy environment to help the elders cope with the Vanaprastha phase of life.
Sri Virinchi Vanaprastha Asramam is designed to provide Comfort, Security, Companionship and Care-with-Concern. The Asramam is a unique retirement facility designed for independent, self supporting, spiritual and service oriented individuals. We propose several amenities such as meditation center, library, gardens, gym, walking track etc., in an exclusive and serene atmosphere in addition to a cozy and comfortable accommodation. The residents are encouraged to contribute to the daily activities of the Asramam on a voluntary basis.
Our long term goal is to:
- To establish, maintain and grant aid to homes, orphanages, prayer halls, home for the aged, etc. to help the needy, poor and destitute people, orphans and widows.
To construct, run, operate, manage dispensaries, clinics and provide medical help to poor and needy people.
To open and run educational and vocational schools or institutions for poor children, orphans, etc.
To publish, print and propagate spiritual books, articles, etc.
To start with, we are in the process of establishing a ‘Home for the Aged’ with accommodation for about 100 people of which 25% shall be on charity/subsidy basis.

We have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Sri Sringeri Sarada Peetham for implementing the project under their auspices by establishing the Asramam in the Peetham's property (site) of over 6700 Sq. Yards in the heart of the city of Rajahmundry
